Service Nature

Scryxdhon provides flower bed design and balcony arrangement services that involve consultation, planning, material sourcing, and installation of live plants. Due to the nature of our services and the perishable quality of plant materials, our return policy differs from typical product-based businesses.

Satisfaction Commitment

We are committed to your satisfaction with our flower bed and balcony arrangement services. Before beginning any installation, we provide detailed design proposals for your approval. This collaborative process ensures the final result aligns with your vision and expectations.

Cancellation Before Installation

You may cancel your service agreement before installation begins. If cancellation occurs after plant materials have been ordered specifically for your project, you will be responsible for the cost of those materials. Deposits may be retained to cover sourcing costs and planning time already invested.

Cancellations made before plant ordering will receive a full refund of any deposits paid, minus any consultation fees if applicable and specified in your service agreement.

Post-Installation Concerns

If you have concerns about the installation quality or plant selection after completion, please contact us within 7 days. We will schedule a visit to assess the situation and work with you to address any legitimate issues related to workmanship or plant quality at the time of installation.

Plant Health

All plants installed by scryxdhon are healthy at the time of installation and sourced from reputable nurseries. We provide comprehensive care instructions to support ongoing plant health. However, plant survival depends on proper care, weather conditions, and environmental factors beyond our control.

If a plant shows signs of distress within 14 days of installation due to factors clearly related to initial plant health rather than care or environmental conditions, we will assess the situation and may offer a replacement depending on circumstances.

Weather and Environmental Factors

We are not responsible for plant damage or loss due to extreme weather events, improper watering, pest infestations, disease, animal damage, or other environmental factors occurring after installation. These risks are inherent to working with living materials in outdoor settings.

Modifications After Installation

If you wish to modify or change your flower bed or balcony arrangement after installation, we are happy to discuss options. Modifications will be treated as new service requests and priced accordingly. Original installation fees are non-refundable once work is completed.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. Refund amounts depend on the stage of the project at the time of cancellation or issue resolution and may exclude costs already incurred for materials and labor.

Resolution Process

We encourage open communication to resolve any concerns. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us immediately. Most issues can be resolved through discussion and may involve minor adjustments, additional care guidance, or other mutually agreeable solutions.
