Service Agreements

Services begin only after you approve the proposal and any required deposits are received. Changes to approved plans may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Typically, a deposit is required to secure scheduling and begin plant sourcing. Final payment is due upon project completion. We accept various payment methods as specified in your service agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled consultation or installation, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made after plant materials have been ordered may result in forfeiture of deposits or charges for materials already purchased specifically for your project.

Plant Health and Warranties

We source quality plants from reputable nurseries and provide care instructions to support plant health. However, plant survival depends on many factors including weather, proper care, and site conditions. We do not guarantee plant survival but will work with you to address concerns and may offer replacement options depending on circumstances and timing.

Property Access and Conditions

You agree to provide safe access to work areas and to inform us of any hazards, underground utilities, or special conditions that may affect our work. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions from landlords, homeowners associations, or other relevant parties before we begin services on your property.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Scryxdhon website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Scryxdhon and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Scryxdhon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
